The Board of Directors of the company Elektrocarbon Sp. z o.o. informs herewith that the Minister of Treasury has taken the decision to begin the privatisation process of the company. The process will be realised by the Department of Privatisation Projects of the State Treasury.

On 27th May 2008, the stock of machines was enriches by a cold-chambered die-casting machine Buhler Classic 34B with the closing strength 360 tons.
Manufacturing year of the machine: 2008.

On 8th April 2008 the Minister of State Treasury carried out a transformation of the state-owned enterprise factory of electrotechnical components "Ema-Elektrocarbon" into an Ltd. company "Elektrocarbon".
The day of commercialization is the first day of month after entering the Company into the register of companies.
The Minister appointed Mr. Paweł Lejman to the first (one-person) Managing Board (contact: p.lejman@elektrocarbon.pl)
The privatization will proceed according to the provisions of the law from 30th August 1996 on commercialization and privatization of state-owned enterprises (Dz.U. from 2002, No. 171, pos.1397, with further modifications) as well as the Directive of the Council of Ministers from 20th December 2004 on the detailed procedure of selling the shares of State Treasury (Dz.U. from 2004, No. 286, pos. 2871).
